Poor experience ordering online. Selected one item from a list of 4 similar items.... the correct amount was charged.... but the wrong item arrived.

On checking the invoice, the price matched the item I wanted.... so I don't think I selected the wrong item (they all had different prices). But the wrong item was on the invoice, and did not match the invoiced price. It looks like an invoice creation problem to me (wrong item description).

The store was not helpful ('someone else deals with internet sales...'). They promised to call back, but had not after 5 days. They did not respond to email.

As I live in another State, I can't visit the store to sort it out. It was a low value item, so I'm not going to pursue it further.

I wouldn't recommend ordering online, unless you are within driving distance of the store in case of a problem.
